MQ Leasing provides mobile living quarters, (MQL's), as the answer to your temporary/semi-temporary housing needs providing an economical alternative to oil field living quarters. Our units are manufactured from ISO standard steel containers that offer a rugged industrial casing while providing comfortable living conditions in any environment. Units can be ready for occupancy within 24 hours from delivery.

MQL units can be delivered direct to your site or to an area with multiple units for your employees or contractors. The interiors are built with solid wood, insulated for comfort, and include both air-conditioning and heat. Our units can be powered by a generator, attached to a potable water tank and discharge tank or City electrical, water and septic. There is NO foundation required - all plumbing and electrical is stubbed to the side NOT underneath, for easy connect/disconnect. Units can be placed in an area as small as 400 square feet!
